I don't understand. If they have having trouble getting the magazine to us in a timely matter why not send it out earier. Emeraldisle got his 3 weeks ago. If they can send it to him that early why out send out the rest a little earlier too!! <br /> <br />I work in Marketing for a Bank. We always attempt to mail distant zips earlier then closer zips. It just makes sense. All the mail hits the box at once. <br /> <br />
