Don't really have a least fovourite RR, at least, not amongst the US ones. I agree that UP has been doing some dubious things recently (charging model train manufacturers to use their logos and paint schemes), but I'd be more inclined to say that my least favourite is the awful foul-up that has been made of our rail network over here in the UK - we now have new trains sat in sidings due to there not being enough power to run them! Accident rate seems to have risen too - compared to the old British Rail days.
