Hi Gordon,

No, I don't have a problem with that as long as the reviews are subjective
and don't go overboard.

Take care,
Erik

Hello Bergie

You received the following message from: CP5415 (cprailmodeler@sympatico.ca)

Bergie;

Do you have any objections for the members in the Model Railroad Forum in
discussing & reviewing models that we purchase?

I'm just curious.

Sincerely

Gordon

Shouldn't the reviews be objective? As in, unbiased? Just a straightforward presentation of the facts?

I guess Bergie doesn't want stuff being slammed to the ground. I can understand that from his stand point.
These manufacturers pay for advertising in his magazine.
There's usually no reason to go overboard.
Not everyone is going to be 100% happy with what they buy. I'm not always happy, but I'm not going to let a hiccup in manufacturing deter me from buying something else from any given company.

I fully believe that a review should be based on facts,unbiased and not based on the reviewers modeling style.I will judge if that locomotive or car fits my modeling style.
