how about this...those of you on a slow internet connection. Go to the top of your window in IE (Internet Explorer) and click on the part that says "Tools". Then scroll down till you hit "Internet Options..."; click on that. A new window should pop up. Click on the Tab titled "Advanced". Now you should be viewing a list of items with boxes on the left hand side with either checks or just blank boxes. Scroll down till you find a section called "Mulitimedia". Now all you have to do is uncheck "show pictures". Problem solved, since most of you that would be complaining about the *gif files that are on this site are really quite small. Your internet connection is so slow that it would be worth your while to take of pictures all the time. This will speed up your internet connection tremendously. If you ever wi***o see pictures you can always recheck it, but for the time being on a site that is mainly words, that pictures are addative this is optimum for you.
