[banghead]
Can someone help me out here? I've been trying to figure how some folks were able to post pictures here in forums.

You have to put [img.] and [/img.] (without the periods) watch:

Hey big boy,

Is there A way you can fix the size of the image? I'd like to make the one in my post smaller

Thanks in advance Noah

You've got to find a small one. Or you can put it on a word document, resize it, post it on the internet. The put ["img"] then ["/img"] (without the quotes).

Actually I do it differently. Before I load a new picture to my Rail Images account, I resize (and save) the image using Microsoft photo editor (this is my default tool - some may have a different software tool that should be able to do the same thing).

I only use MS Word to check my speeellling [:P]

You have to have webspace somewhere to store the images, then include the full URL of the image between [img.] and [/img.] (delete the periods).

Example: I have photos stored in my website at http://www3.ns.sympatico.ca/sue.ellen/photos/prototype/. I want to post a photo called "148Brookfield.jpg", so I insert it in this post between image tags:

[img.]http://www3.ns.sympatico.ca/sue.ellen/photos/prototype/148Brookfield.jpg[/img.].

Delete the periods from those tags, and we get this:
