Hello untabubba, Hmmm, I'd never considered these two to be exclusive. As soon as I had benchwork I had some track down and trains running. None of the scenery building was allowed to interfere with train running for more than the time working on it. Certainly a much slower process but the trains have to run on time and that is the priority.
