SD 20

I've been looking around for an SD 20 locomotive made by preferable athearn, or atlas, but I can't seem to find any. Any make would do, so does anybody know who makes a model of one.

Then if nobody does, what model would be a good starting point to kitbash or half scratchbuild one.
