HO Gauge figure with binoculars

I am building a forest lookout tower and cannot find a figure of a person holding/looking through binoculars. Does anyone know where I might locate such a figure?

I found a military figure in my Walthers catalog in the military section. This figure has a helmet which could be painted white to represent a hard hat.
