I don't know if this counts, but I'm 16 and own a G scale layout. I primarily focus my efforts in the garden railway forum, but do on occasion venture over here. I also own an HO layout in my garage, but it is in a state of disrepair.

I'm 15 with a 11x4 feet ho scale layout in ho scale. With CN as the primary road but CP rolling stock and others will show up as well.
derailment? what derailment? All reports of derailments are lies. Their are no derailments within a hundreed miles of here.

Hey Jim,
Most lumber yards will deliver for a small fee, no matter the size of your order.

BTW, I read in one of your post (the one where you listed what you were looking
for at the show), that you were looking for CSX rollingstock. Well, I just so happen
to have three freight cars and a bay window caboose. Since I decided to go steam, I no longer need these. If you would like to have them, I can send them to you. I would rather see them put to use by someone who needs them. They are a little dusty but in fine condition. There is also another boxcar that needs a truck and wheelset. If you want these, drop me an email. Dave

P.S Allegheny not included.

Does that count?

As a crotchety, crusty 51-year-old retired Navy Chief, I'd have to say too few.....the more, the better! After all, it takes youth and energy to party hearty!

All of you can be TAMR members. It's a great group. Ask me about joining if you want to join. If you live in the Northeast you'll get the regional newsletter I publish.

I'm 51 years old, and I think it is great to see the number of teens involved here. With all the things out there that can grab the attention of today's teens, I like to see that there is still interest by young folks in the MR hobby.

I've raised two children through their teen years, and I know that being a teen today is not easy. The issues and complexity of the world they face is considerably more challenging than what I faced 40 years ago. Let's try to give folks a break and let teens be teens every once and a while. I greatly appreciate the MR information available on this board, but also enjoy the 'fun' threads that come along from time to time.
