<p>Quantum is for QSI Equipted engines. Decoders that are made and programmed by QSI will work and respond to Quantum Controller.</p><p>Blueline is BLI's effort to divorce themselves from QSI and Royalties and provide more engines at lower prices for the Analog DC Crowd.</p>
