I recently observed one of the new 4-4-0's at the LHS, and the flanges are vintage IHC. The staff ran it on code 83 track (Or was it 100?) it seemed to run somewhat smootly. One surprise was a drawbar pernamently attached along with a wire to the tender for electrical pickup. <br /> <br />I realize this may not be exactly the information you seek, but I hope this helps. <br /> <br />Lee
