The change in ownership won't effect me unless they go into large scale. I've use Athearn products in the past and was very pleased with their value. Hopefully the operations for their core line will remain here, but as with the Lionel move it is a matter of being competative in a maket which lives on spending from desposable, non essential, spare funds. All we can do is wait and see
