It does not flex freely like Atlas....
Which may or maynot be an issue for you. Most of the other flex tracks don't flex freely either. It just means that they are easier to kink.

I noticed that it wasn't as flexible too. I have 60' of it destined for my staging yard on my lower level. I got it a hobby lobby for half price when they clearance stuff after the holidays. Paid about a dollar per 3' section.

Model Power flex track is a stiffer metal than Atlas, but otherwise seems to be just as good. I have used 200 pieces of Model Power code 100 flex track mixed in with 300 pieces of Atlas code 100 flex track, as well as Peco, Atlas, and Shinohara turnouts and crossovers, with no problems noted other than the curving of MP track to be a little more tedious than with Atlas track.

I have had great luck with model powers flex, in fact I think it looks much better as far as the ties go. the ties are much thinner and closer to scale, that Atlas's code 100 flex.Model power ties look as good as Atlas's code 83 at half the cost. One mans view.
