You'd probably have to live in New York City to appreciate it, but the New York Central just seemed to have a little bit of everything. The only thing you didn't see in the city was steam. But four track main, local/express passenger service, freight, again, local and express. Besides, if you lived in the city your choices were few. But you got to see, New Haven & Pennsy along with the N Y Central. Railroading is what you make it. No, I haven't been to Colorado, but I still appreciate what the N Y Central had. City modelling may be a little difficult at times, still the love of railroading is there.
