I am not sure but i think circutron makes kits.

Wow, Train-Lite looks great and seems transformable for power pick up by rails. I don’t want to open the Wathers’s C&O caboose roof at each battery replacement.
I’ve also checked Circuitron, but…nope, nothing similar to a marker lights kit.
