Santa Fe's SWBLW

The recent postings about the CF7 have got me thinking about another Sante Fe creation, the "Beep." I know that several of us have modeled the CF7 and now you can even get a CF7 as a model off the shelf.
I'm wondering if anyone has modeled the SWBLW?
For those of you that have not heard of it, check out this link:

With the Stewart VO1000 you might be able to put Stewart EMD trucks under the VO1000 frame and then replace the hood with a GP7 hood.

I haven't modeled one but it sounds like an interesting project.
According to BNSF's website there was only one SWBLW in the ATSF inventory.
Built : 1943 by Baldwin (Rebuilt 1970 by ATSF)
Engine : EMD 16 - 567BC of 1500 h.p.
Number: 1460
(Former ATSF - no change of number)

I really like unique projects like this. I think when I finish doing the painting I already have lined up I'm gonna kitbash one. Besides, it's a good way to have at least part of a Baldwin run in a modern setting and be prototypical, lol

It's amazing that an engine like this one is still working for BNSF, the average rebuild add only eight years to the engine's working life. I think you're brave for wanting to model such an engine, this project would give me nightmares!

Nightmares huh? lol [;)] It's just fun for me. The worst that could happen is it doesn't work. And "doesn't work" just means you haven't figured it out yet, lol. The best part of model railroading for me is the modeling. I like having locos that have a history. Makes them more than just another designation on the roster.
