<p>Jeez Tom, </p><p>What's with the chip on the shoulder? </p><p>You explained why DC works for you on your layout with two trains. So your quest for the ultimate multi-train system is finished. Cool. No-one has said you have to do anything more. </p><p>I operate alone, too, but I have single track and enjoy setting up a meet or pass with a local while another train runs on the main. I have on occasion run three trains all in the same direction, but just for display for visitors. </p><p>I have DCC, but like you don't multi-task all that well, but I want to do more.
