Airbrush question

I live in the northeast and want to know if I could airbrush outside. It is a bit windy sometimes where I live. If I can't airbrush outside, please tell me the cheapest possible way to airbrush with good ventilation.

Doug:

Think about using a water thinned paint such as Floquil's Polly Scale. No toxic fumes to worry about. Gives first rate results when properly thinned.
