Merry Christmas!!!! Unfortunatly the only train related thing I will get is a 2004 calender.
Oh well.

derailment? what derailment? All reports of derailments are lies. Their are no derailments within a hundreed miles of here.

Happy Holidays to all.

my parents and I just opened out gifts and my mom bought me 5 issues of Trains magazine. 1965,1963,1959, 1960, and like 1962 or something. pretty cool.

Good for you:

Ask your mom if she would like another son. I'd be greatful for any old scratchbuilding articles she might have no immediate use for. ;)

Randy

PS: Did you find out if your LHS has a 'bargain bin"/ 'dead pile'?

oh yeah my aunt/mom (my mom picked it out) got me a CNW passenger car to go along with the "400" CNW locomotive we're getting.

the hobby shop had a 3/$10 bin. my worst looking stuff was still better than this. this stuff was bad. i looked at it but nothing interested me. not even for weathering and try stuff with it.
