How and do I wire the feeders, and where do they go for a power source?
Sounds ok to me, I have the same setup. But I am using DCCSpecialties reversers rather than MRC.
Only thing I would reconsider on your layout is lack of feeders in the reverse loops.

I have the MRC Prodigy Express until and have added a MRC booster to my dcc system. I have two main lines with a reverse loops at each end; I have placed feeders every 6 feet on the main lines and wired them to the main bus wires that I have running from the Booster, not to the Prodigy Express. The reverse loops are only powered with the MRC auto reverse modules, no feeders what so ever and insulated as they should. I have nothing going to the Prodigy express unit itself except my program track, the booster connection, and the controller to run the trains... Does this sound right? Can I leave the program track wired to the Pordigy Express unit all the time, or do I need to unplug it when I am not using it and just running trains?
