please res[pond to philipbeckerdo@gmail.com with all comments about loco that lights up but doesn't move using dcc. thanks

I think  you will get a better response right here or through "start a conversation" than asking folks to directly email you.  Not saying that you are anything but above board intentions, but there are folks out there that are, thus our host has made it possible for us to converse with each other without giving out "too much" personal information.

In answer to your question, another question, does the loco have a decoder in it?  A DC loco will light up when DCC power is on, but the light is bright and the loco does not move.  It needs a decoder installed to be able to be run with DCC.
