 WHen you move the direction lever, do you feel the clicks as it moves from forward to brake to reverse? It could be just that the switch has loosened up on the case so that you end up turning the entire switch rather than rotating the actual switch shaft. That's an easy fix to tighten up the nut that secures the switch to the case.

Do an OP Sw 39 Reset

Check your manual!

If that doesn't work - A Trip to Florida is in order!

What have I done to cause this to happen? I am building the Virginian and there are lots of switch (Used frog juicer for switches) and track.
