Adjusting wheel sets video.

On Cody's video on adjusting wheel sets on VideoPlus, Cody described metal wheels on a metal axel. Doesn't that short out the track or are they somehow insulated?

The are insulated, usually on one wheel where it joins the axle. There's usually an insulating bushing in there.

In the good old days it wasn;t uncommon to have one metal wheen and one plastic wheel, on a metal axle.
