I need some help on how to set up and what i need to make it go from point A to point B wait about 2 or 3 min. then go back to point A and then repeat. It will have it own track to run on. I have power cab with old chip. Thank You

They should have what you need.
Alternative would be to use a computer interface as long as you have just about any DCC system except MRC, and use JMRI with a script or RR&Co software. You'll also need block sensors to go this route.
