I first replaced the DBL168. Only three zones came up. Then I replaced the RX1 and all zones came up fine
I don't know what the problem was, but it is working now. No wiring was changed.
John
It's nearly unheard of for the RX to go bad, all it is is a transformer that you loop the wires through to detect the transponding current. Unless you break a wire off.

John Todd After about a week of going around in circles I discovered my problems were a defective BDL168 and a defective RX1. Replaced both and everything is working. Thanks for your help. John Todd

How did you discover both were bad?

Wow. Two bad items at the same time. That's rare. It would also drive me nuts, so I am glad that you found your problem.
