Hall effect chuff sensor?

I remember hearing somewhere years back that a European company makes a Hall effect kit for user installation, to trigger chuff sounds.  Does anyone have any info on this?  Thanks.

I found the info on the DCC-Sound Yahoo group.  A UK company, ngtrains.com, sells kits.
