If you are programing the PSX breakers then yes you do. If you are programing a locomotive then no.

If you're programming on the main, the PSX settings should be in Operations Mode.

NCE PowerCab Pgm on the Main

I want to change some CVs using the program on the main capability of the NCE PowerCab.  I am using PSX1 circuit breakers on the layout.  My question is do the programming jumpers on the PSX1's have to be in the program mode or the operations mode?  Thanks!
