Welcome to the Model Railroad forums. You will probably get answers to your questions by posting to the Classic Toy Trains forum on the Trains.com site.  This forum is inhabited by mostly HO and N scale folks.

Hi Thailand,

Your Williams by Bachmann engine runs on conventional AC track power.  The MTH 50-1033 DCS Remote Commander is an entry level DCS command control unit.  It cannot vary AC track voltage to run your Williams engine.  To run the Williams engine you will need a variable AC transformer, such as a Williams #00233 80 watt power supply.  If you already have an MTH "brick" power supply that plugs into the DCS Remote Commander, you could purchase an MTH #40-1000B, which will add variable control to your existing transformer.
