Is there a specific forum for QSI? and for Tsunami?

 There is a QSI one on Yahoo as well, and Pat Quinn posts there as do some of the engineers.

QSI and others. Right now, I know of no QSI forum strictly for that product. The Yahoo Groups are started and maintained by volunteers. Yahoo just host the Groups. You can start your own Group.

Google searches for issue with both types will bring a lot of results.
