I have found the info in the Yahoo SoundTraxx Group. Some over time have mentioned trouble using other decoder brands in a Consist so we believe that is why SoundTraxx has invaded the non sound decoder area.
The decoder is suppose to be similar to the TCS T4 but have the attached short harness and 8 pin plug.

Has anyone seen a link about the new Soundtraxx non-sound decoders? I went to the site but I could not find anything. The new decoders are 8 pin NMRA plug and play, $19.95 each. N and HO scale versions.
