Bachman Spec. dcc control

I was wondering what would be a good controler for a Bachman Spec loco?

What do you mean by "controller," a decoder or the DCC command station?  If you mean decoder, what Bachmann Spectrum model are you talking about.  You need to provide much more information in order to garner more informative answers.

You might consider joining the Bachmann forums that specialize in Bachmann products. There are childrent there also. You need to add more information, do you have a DCC ready, DCC onboard, DCC with sound? Some Bachmann members run Bachmann DCC control systems.
