Pete

Do I have to remove circut board that came with the loco? As far as I can tell there is zero clearence over the existing circut board and the shell, that includes the fans. The board is about 4 1/2" long.

Thanks for the help.

I have an SD9 and put a Loksound decoder with the dual 1/2 inch speakers faceing out the dynamic fans. I hardwired the decoder and also changed the lights with sunny white LEDs with a 1K resistor. My only gripe is with the volume of the horn.  Other than that its a great sounding and running machine.

  Big Smile [:D]

I was hoping someone could tell me if I can put DCC and sound in a HO   P2K SD7, if so what decoder to use. I normally like NCE but what ever works best fills the bill.

Thanks

Lee
