If you ever fall over in public, pick yourself up and say “sorry it’s been a while since I inhabited a body.” And just walk away.

CV's = Configuration Variables. Not much different than your computers "BIOS"/CMOS which equals Baisic Input Output System/Computer Management for Operating System.
Provides many topics with choices for each topic. An example under Advanced Settings
Fast Boot = topic, Yes or No are the choices. First Boot Device = topic, choices are HDD0, HDD1, CDROM, etc. The choices are many some times.
Some settings are expressed in DEC, some in HEX. There are different programming modes also.
I would recommend Don Fiemann's "The DCC Guide" it's a Kalmbach publication, as is "Model Railroader Magazine" and the owners of this site.
