Tommy,
Just hook up your feeder wire in a different location. The idea for the additional feeders is so that you can provide power more evenly around your layout.
Ideally, you should run feeders every 3' - 6' of track. However, I ran my 4 x 8 layout on DCC for 3+ years with only 2 wires and it worked just fine. I'm now in the process of installing a real power bus so that I can wire in my live turnouts. A lot of work but...it's been fun learning.

Hey Guys.
I Need to put one or two more feeders on my layout, I use bachmann easy track. now my question- where do put the wires from the feeders? I have NCE, do I put the wire where I already have a feeder connected into it?
