You will be able to download and run a small file that allows you to open ANY qsi sound file and preview it before buying.
The chip itself is a small silver square the size of a dime that has pins on all 4 sides. One corner is matched with a notch to it's parent socket.
Be very, very very very careful about which version of chip and software you buy on that chip. If you make a mistake you can make a Desiel sound like a teakettle steamer. Those chips are the keys to the kingdom of sound and light.
The very first place to look is your own engines, take the shell off and write down the numbers on that chip. Then follow up on these links I gave you to determine if newer chips are availible for your engines.
Once again, very very slow and easy does it. There are a chip out there for QSI engines. You might already have the latest version.
Good luck!
