the ditch lights were not on because the operator did not turn them on (F3), making the ditchlights constant on when in foreward direction of travel, except during horn flash cycle.

I suspect that the Genesis F unit was equipped with an MRC sound system that, imho, Sounded awful!
The steamer, however, more than made up for it. That, indeed, was music.
