BLI Reading 2100
Posted by readingdispatcher on Wednesday, February 19, 2020 7:36 PM

Hello.  I just got a BLI Reading 2100 and I am having trouble programming its number into the decoder.  I have the Digitrax Super Chief system.  Can anyone offer any tips?  I've tied ding it on the program track and the main with no luck.  Thanks

Make sure the smoke is switched off via the switch. And make sure you don;t have really long wires, or thin wires, to your program track.

On the main you will have to manually set CV17 and CV18, and then CV29. If you want to make it 2100, then with it selected and running (I'm assuming it works on the default address 3), set CV17=200 and CV18=52. Then set CV29 to 38 (or 34 if you will never run it on a DC layout). You will loose control at that point, but you should now be able to select loco 2100.
