Hi, I'm going to convert my DC PCM 581 Big Boy to DCC sound and am looking for decoder and speaker advice. It has an 8 pin and a 21 pin connector. Thanks.

I assume you have room for a large speaker. Wow Sound Loksound are both good brands. Lately I've been getting my DCC stuff from Tonys Trains.

Thanks for responding. The tender has provisions for two 7/8" (22.2mm) speakers.
