Hi all, I'm building a turntable kit for my small DCC HOn3 layout, and the turntable itself does not have any electrical reversing capability. It will have (1) lead track coming in (from the rest of the layout), and (3 or 4) stub end tracks (think roundhouse). And I want to use a DCC auto-reversing unit.
For wiring, am I right that the lead, and all the stubs, would be wired the same, directly from the main bus, and that only the segment of track on the turntable would need to be connected to an auto-reversing unit (such as an AR1)?

That is correct. The stall tracks and the incoming lead(s) would all be wired to the main bus. You MIGHT want to put some on/off toggles on the stall tracks to shut off the power to parked locos, if you use sound and the decoders default to 'sound on' when powered up, and also to prevent an accident if you select the wrong address and end up driving a loco into the turntable pit.
The two wires from the turntable bridge rails would go to your autoreverser. Nothing else should be required.

Yep. I used a dual frog juicer and strapped it for turntable/reversing loop operation. It doesen't even matter which way you wire all the tracks coming off the turntable, the juicer will adjust the polarity. I second the idea of being able to isolate the roundhouse tracks so nothing accidently hits the turntable well and to quieten the sound.
