First, thanks to all who answered my first post. I need to be more specific. This is a 4x8 home layout, connected loop inside a loop with 2 spurs. A total of 6 turnouts that I plan to throw by hand with sprung ground throws. My main questions are concerning wiring the turnouts. I have Atlas insulfrog turnouts. I think I understand the concept of track bus and feedeer wires, now its attaching all this. Thanks again for the input.
You don't have to worry about specifics of where feeders go with Atlas turnouts. I actually made sure each of my Atlas turnouts had feeders on all 3 legs, and it resulted in very reliable operation. You can never have too many feeder drops (well, it might get silly after a while), but you definitely can have too few.
