What sound decoder?
Posted by mauro on Monday, September 11, 2017 6:50 AM

Good morning,

I live in Italy and need to apply a sound decoder to my old brass Overland 100 t. oil-electric loco.

The prime mover of this loco is an 12 cil. Ingersoll-Rand.

Thank You,
Mauro

No one has the exact sounds for those, I don't know of any actual running examples where they could record from. However, there are enough various diesel sounds in ESU's sound library, as long as you don't use an EMD, Alco, Baldwin, or GE no one will know the difference.
