Kato power routing switches

Does anyone know if the Kato Unitrak N scale double crossover, 20-210, is power routing or not. The one I have is about three years old.

The double crossover is basically 4 turnouts on one track module. As such it is not power routing but rather has isolation on all of its inside rails. You need to supply power feeds to all 4 ends. Al;so it is internally wired that both straight routes are wired the same

with the crossover sitting in front of you, the rails closest to you on both tracks are same polarity. Farthest are also the same. no problem with DCC, but with DC, the direction needs to be the same on both tracks when using the crossover.
