I programmed the AUX Button on the DC Master to Radio Chatter with my Paragon 2 Mikiado. Works sometimes. Seems it needs a certain voltage to work but even then it's intermittent. any suggestions?

Still unable to get the "Radio Chatter" to work at idle or crawl. Working with BLI Tech Support changing CV's and settings through the DC Master.
If it works at higher speeds it's probably just the same old sound with DC bug of the decoder needing a particular voltage level to operate which conflicts witht he DC concept of the voltage being the speed control. You can probbaly adjust the start voltage of the loco so the htrottle has to be turned up even more before it moves, which will mean more voltage to the decoder to oeprate the sounds without the loco necessarily moving, but it also reduces the controllability of the loco - only a small part of a turn of the throttle knob will run the loco from stop to full speed.
