Experiences with Tech-6 and Atlas Gold engine(s)?

Anybody have experience running Atlas Gold locos on a DC layout using an MRC Tech 6 powerpack/controller to access sound?  Good, bad, meh?

Good.I think you'll like it as decoder equiped locos stall a whole lot less with a tech 6 than conventional d.c. packs. And yes, all the sounds can be triggered.
