Reset the decoder.

CV 30 to 2 (or CV 8 to 8)

Cycle power to decoder. It should run on address 3 if successful reset.

If srtill no lights, check wiring with voltmeter.

If you ever fall over in public, pick yourself up and say “sorry it’s been a while since I inhabited a body.” And just walk away.

If you just plugged it in, the ditch lights won't flash, they are wired together. To get alternating flashing ditch lights there is some reworking of the wiring needed so each ditch light is on a seperate function. The you must program the decoder for ditch light functionality. The example settings for alternating ditch lights is usually given in the Digitrax instruction sheets.

And you need a 4 functions decoder. DH126D is a 2 functions only decoder.
