I have no hesitation using suitcase connectors on my layout.

Would I use them in my boat? Never!

Which tool do you need?

Do you have to have this one?

Or is this one sufficient?

I have the right to remain silent.  By posting here I have given up that right and accept that anything I say can and will be used as evidence to critique me.

..agreed, and always use 3M

This arguement always reminds me of the "other" one, you know, using drywall screws for wood to wood?

There are always two camps, those that over due everything and those that apply what is needed to do the job reliably and safely.

or maybe there is three, the ones that are thrifty and try to get away with anything.

I use glue. The drywall screws are just for clamps. Big Smile

You really need to quit cutting corners.

Try using carriage bolts and run them tight with a impact Laugh

Way too much, I have a new torque wrench and every nut shall be tightened to a very specific and exact setting for consistency!
