Yes, they both use the same 6 wire cable and 6 position ends.

Just remember that the plugs have to be reversed from one end to the other. I'm not sure whether or not Digitrax requires that but NCE does.
Digitrax requires pin one to stay pin one, if colored cables blue stays blue, etc... Not sure if that's what NCE needs, but it is set up for digitrax oposite of standard phone line cables, in that standard phone cables have pin one to pin six at other end.....
