Power supply for Walthers/Heljan turntable.

Is anyone using their Digitrax Zephyr track power to power up the Walthers/Heljan turntable ?

I have a Miniatronics 16 vac 800 ma. transformer on order but was hoping to do the roundhouse track alignment while I am waiting.

I assume you are referring to the DCC assembled turntable. If so, my answer is yes: just wire it as shown in the instruction manual, connecting the control to the bus wires from the command station (or booster, if you have one). You don't need a separate transformer.
