In the mail yesterday I received from Mico Mark a Digitrax DT402D throttle as well as a UR92 receiver. Set it up today. Amazing!! Now I can go into the staging room (another room removed from the "future layout") and actually line switches !!

To top that off I also got a sound equipped  Atlas C424 in Canadian Pacific paint to play with.

Got to get working on finishing the layout, or at least the trackwork!!

Watch what kind of battery you use in the throttle. I use Powerex 9.6V. If you use 9V batteries, as the power is drained, it gets to the point where you will lose controll of the loco.  Joe

Also remember if you don't leave you system's power on and the throttled pluged into a powered UP5 or UR92, to remove the battery. One bad thing about Digitrax throttles is you can turn of the power from the battery. There are several videos of how to put in a switch on the DR and UT throttles to do just this.  Joe
