Small, small spade terminal connectors
Posted by bruce22 on Thursday, April 17, 2014 12:13 AM

Insulated or not, I need to locate these that can accommodate a 2-56 m/screw as well as 24g and finer wire. Any ideas?  Thanks in advance.

Digi-Key has these in stock:

eBay has more than 1000 listings including some pretty small stuff.

The spade connectors for a 2-56 screw are almost standard.  You should be able to get them from any good automotive supply store.  As for the small wire size, they do come in different sizes, usually the smallest is for AWG 22.  BUT, if you either double up by folding over the small wire a few times, OR, add anothe piece of stranded wire in the connector along with the AWG 24, they will work OK.
